Schools Can Start To Download KCPE Result Slips From 30th March, Says Knec

Schools can start to download KCPE result slips from 30th March, says Knec

The Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) says schools can download the result slips for their candidates begining Wednesday 30th when the portal will be activated.

By close of business today many schools were unable to download the results from the Knec online portal.

The below error code would be displayed anytime one tried to log in to the portal.

This error is also caused by too many requests by schools trying to access the same portal at the same time.

HTTP ERROR: 504

Gateway Timeout

RequestURI=http://knec-portal.ac.ke/KCPESLIP/

Knec has also updated the CBA portal to allow schools access their candidates results slips.

Through the link http://knec-portal.ac.ke/KCPESLIP/ schools can download results for their entire candidates.

Candidates can know their KCPE results by sending an SMS with their index number to 20076. They will be charged sh. 25 for sending this SMS.

In the just released KCPE results the council registered 1,225,507 candidates in 28,316 KCPE examination centres as compared to 1,191,752 candidates in 28,467 centres in 2020.
