Supervisors:How To Apply,Minimum Requirements And Deadlines
The recruitment of Supervisors and enumerators who will be in charge of chosen counties in the country for 21 days has been advertised by the State Department of Social Protection, Senior Citizens Affairs, and Special Programs.
 Requirements:
One must be currently residing in the applied-for location (for Supervisors) and sub-location (for Enumerators).
One should be in possession of a valid national identification card
 Possess a K.C.S.E. certificate with a mean grade of. (C- (Minus) for enumerators and a C( plain) for Supervisors)
Know how to use a computer

RECRUITMENT OF SUPERVISORS
The State Department for Social Protection, Senior Citizens Affairs, and Special Programs will be recruiting Casuals for a 21-day period to supervise Enumerators who will be collecting data in the counties of
Kakamega (98)
Taita Taveta (16)
Kisumu (57)
Murang’a (39)
 Kajiado (67)
Kwale (60)
Meru (44)
Baringo (39)
Narok (38)
Laikipia (35)
Kisii (37)

Qualifications
I At least a C plain average or its equivalent at the Form 4 level of education.
 Computer Knowledge.
 The candidate must be a local resident who is fluent in the local language.
Community Health Volunteers who have held positions of leadership will be given an advantage.

Remuneration
 All the supervisors will be paid daily wages of Kshs. 1,300 per day, payable at the end of twenty-one days based on daily targets outlined in the appointment letter.
To make data collection easier, a daily transportation allowance of Kshs. 1,000 will be paid.
There will be airtime available.
Only those candidates who have been shortlisted will be called to appear in person before interview/recruitment panels on specific days and locations.
Candidates who have been shortlisted will be required to bring their original certificates/testimonials as well as certified copies (certified by the area Chief).

 A C- (minus) average or its equivalent at the form four level of education
Computer Skills.
The candidate must be a sub-location resident who is fluent in the local language.

Remuneration
Successful candidates will be paid daily salaries of Kshs.1,000 per day, payable at the conclusion of twenty-one days based on daily targets mentioned in the employment letter.
To make data collection easier, a daily transportation allowance of Kshs. 500 will be paid.
There will be airtime available.
Only those candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to appear in person before interview/recruitment panels on predetermined dates, venues, and times.
Candidates who have been shortlisted will be required to bring their original certificates/testimonials as well as verified copies (certified by the area Assistant Chief).
