The commission that employs, promotions and manages teachers on behalf of the government, Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has advertised 1995 internship positions both for primary and secondary school teachers in the month of September 2021. Filling of the application forms is done online as provided in the linked procedure just below.
Advertised positions for the interns are 1995 posts for September 2021. Out of which 1038 are meant for primary school teachers whereas 957 are meant for their counterparts at secondary schools.
The floated opportunities for the recruitment by TSC internship are purely intended for unemployed TSC registered teachers who will then be deployed to various schools to gain necessary teaching skills.
The internship program is intended to last for a period of one year right from the time of the contraction.
At the primary schools section, teacher interns will receive monthly stipend of Ksh. 15,000, likewise the interns attached to secondary schools will carry home some Ksh. 20,000 every month. As an advantage to those take up the opportunity, teachers will equally be awarded an internship certificate after successful completion of the internship program.

Application requirements
To apply for the internship one has to meet certain qualifications:-
-Must be registered with the TSC, should be below 35years of age, possess certificate of good conduct, must insurance cover, P1 and Diploma qualifications for both primary and secondary respectively.
