List of Over 16k 2021 KCSE Candidates Who Scored C Plus and Above Didn’t Apply for Degree Courses

On  this Saturday, June 25, Magoha spoke to the media at Eastleigh High School in Nairobi and expressed his happiness that candidates had applied to enter technical and vocational education and training (TVET)

 

 

 

 

Prof Magoha emphasized that 16,310 individuals who passed the KCSE exam in 2021 and qualified for degree programs did not submit requests to be placed.

 

 

 

 

He also predicted that it would be because they would have discovered better possibilities or avenues to follow their aspirations.

 

 

 

 

In adding,, 250,052 students applied for placement at universities, TVET schools, and TTCs; all candidates were accepted, according to a statement from Magoha.

For the first time, candidates for admission to the 32 public diploma primary teacher training colleges were placed by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).

 

 

 

 

Another total of 1,538 people were placed by KUCCPS to enroll in the early childhood teacher education and primary teacher education programs.
