Former Cabinet Secretary of Education George Magoha is dead.
“Yes it is true. He is no more,” his wife Dr Barbra Magoha told the Nation.
Magoha, 71, is said to have collapsed at his home and was rushed to Nairobi Hospital where he passed away.
He will be remembered for his stern take on education reform in Kenya.
It was during his tenure in the education sector that the country introduced the Competency Based Curriculum.
The former Education boss was set to bury his brother,
Richard Nyabera this coming Saturday.
