Migori County has received direct funding from the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief
(PEPFAR) through the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (USCDC) to strengthen the health
system and build local capacity to implement, manage and oversee sustainable high quality HIV services
towards achievement of the 95-95-95 goal and sustained epidemic control.
To achieve this objective,
Migori County Public Service Board, in line with the Constitution of Kenya 2010 under Article 176 and
