Rarieda Member of Parliament Hon James Otiende Amollo has revealed on why things might get difficult for them to challenge William Samoei Ruto’s Victory at the Supreme Court.
Otiende who is among a Batallion of 30 Barristers, who will be representing Azimio at the Supreme Court.
He admitted that William Ruto is not a Politician you can take for granted.
“Ruto is ever prepared, he knew exactly that after IEBC Chair Mr. Wafula Chebukati announced him as the 5th
President of the Republic of Kenya, Raila Odinga was going to file a case against his Victory.”
He went further stating that it will require much effort for them to be able to beat William Ruto, and retain back their Victory.
“We have to prepare ourselves well, so that we can manage to challenge the President Elect Victory at the Court.”
Raila Odinga is expected to the Court on Monday led by Senior Counsel Lawyer James Aggrey Bob Orengo, Fred Ngatia, Tom Ojienda, Otiende Amollo, Peter Kaluma and a list of other lawyers,
who are going to fight for what belongs to them.
